PrepNexa is a digital-products store. All products offered through PrepNexa are delivered electronically.

There is no physical package, parcel, or physical shipment associated with the purchase of a digital product.

2. Digital Delivery

Digital delivery is free.

Products are normally delivered immediately after successful payment. In some circumstances, digital delivery may take up to 24 hours.

Delivery time may depend on payment confirmation, fraud or transaction checks, order verification, or the electronic delivery system used for the applicable product.

3. Delivery Methods

  7. Contact PrepNexa if you still have not received access after 24 hours.

  • A description of the problem.

7. No Physical Shipping

Because PrepNexa sells digital educational products, physical shipping services, shipping carriers, tracking numbers, delivery addresses, and physical-package transit times generally do not apply to these purchases.
